	A.	To Establish and operate a 24/7 emergency Shelter, Food and Clothing Bank For The Homeless, Destitute and those in crisis situations.
	B.	To Provide Counseling and Guidance for the needy and less fortunate in crisis situations.
	c.	To establish a local / International missionary outreach program to address poverty and crisis situations with general and medical support.
	D.	To establish a spiritual outreach program in the name of "Divine Power Ministries"
	E.	To establish an Internal Martial Arts Program enhancing inner healing, discipline and Self Defense ino Sint Maarten Taokido Club
	F.	To Develop and establish treatment and guidance programs for the vulnerable and at risk population. These programs will be established to meet the needs, voids and demands of society whilst establishing and ensuring the emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual well-being of the at risk and vulnerable population.
